What this website is
Tree Lopper Midland is a referral website for tree work in Midland and the surrounding City of Swan suburbs. When you call or fill in the form, your enquiry is passed to an independent local tree contractor who covers your area. They contact you, look at the job, and give you a quote. If you go ahead, your agreement is with them.
We are upfront about that because tree work involves real risk to property and people, and you should know exactly who is doing the job on your block.
What we do
- Take down the details of your tree problem in plain language.
- Pass the job to a contractor who works in your part of the City of Swan.
- Publish straightforward information on this site about tree removal, lopping, stumps, palms and bamboo, and about local council and heritage questions, so you can ask better questions when you get a quote.
- Publish cautious 2026 price ranges on our cost guide, so you have a reference point.
What we do not do
- We do not do the tree work ourselves.
- We do not set the price. The contractor quotes after looking at the job.
- We do not give legal advice about council approvals or neighbour disputes. Where rules matter, we point you to the City of Swan or the relevant state agency.
Licences and insurance
We ask the contractors we work with to hold the licences and insurance the job needs. That is a request, not a guarantee we can make on their behalf, so we suggest you ask to see current certificates before work starts. Any reputable contractor will be happy to show them.
Why Midland
Midland is a mix of old and new. Guildford and parts of Midland have some of the oldest European plantings in Western Australia, alongside river red soils and flooded gums. Swan View and Bellevue run up into the scarp's marri and wandoo. Ellenbrook is newer, sandy and full of planted gums now reaching full size. The trees and ground change within a few kilometres, and so do the jobs. This website is written for that patch alone.
